§1. Seller
The online shop operating at https://avelor.eu is run by AVELOR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (AVELOR sp. z o.o.), with its registered office at Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001128524 (Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. §2. Definitions
- Shop — the Avelor online service.
- Customer — the person placing an order.
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person buying without connection to a business activity.
§3. Orders
You place an order by adding products to the basket and filling in the form at checkout. The sales contract is concluded at the moment of payment confirmation. We send an order confirmation to the email provided.
§4. Prices and payments
Prices are stated in the currency of the country of delivery selected on the site and include the applicable tax. Payments are handled by the operator Stripe (payment cards, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The shop does not store your card details.
§5. Delivery
The methods, costs and times of delivery are described on the Delivery and returns page. The free-delivery threshold depends on the country of delivery and is shown in the basket.
§6. Right of withdrawal from the contract
A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, on the terms described in the Delivery and returns section. This right does not cover sealed food products after the packaging has been opened (art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
§7. Complaints (warranty)
The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract on the basis of the provisions of the Civil Code. We accept complaints at [email protected] and process them within 14 days.
§8. Personal data
The rules for processing data are described in the Privacy policy.
§9. Final provisions
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply. A Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints, including the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
